Our theme...Pink is the Color of Love...will help us to think and do something about our health and the health of our sisterfriends! Back in April, my sisterfriend Tracy Allen was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and since then, I have watched her journey unfold about how she had to battle this thing spiritually, physically and with a smile. I know that prevention is the key but we need the proper information to know what we can do to prevent through proper nutrition, exercise and release of stress but also we need to know the symptons so we can benefit from early detection.
